Evaluation of the rehabilitation potential

The evaluation of the rehabilitation potential serves to determine whether a worker has a profile that allows for the initiation of a potentially successful rehabilitation process. This evaluation, carried out jointly by an occupational therapist and physiotherapist, helps to evaluate the worker on various specific items to decide on his capacity to integrate a rehabilitation program in the near future. Moreover, this evaluation helps to determine the most appropriate rehabilitation plan for the worker. A short report is then submitted by the two professionals upon request.
