Psycho-vocational Evaluation

A psycho-vocational assessment evaluates the chances of a successful return to work. It is conducted by both a psychologist and a guidance counsellor and includes various psychometric tests and interviews. Once the assessment has been completed it is possible to determine, among other things, the patient’s:

• ability to work and/or study full-time
• skills and motivations with respect to a return to work and/or studies
• psychological condition
• competitiveness on the job market

Following the evaluation, a full report is produced by both professionals.
