Return to work program

The return to work program is specifically designed to help workers resume their work activities following a work stoppage.

Supervised by an occupational therapist, the worker will carry out simulations to help him recover his physical and/or cognitive capacities to reintegrate his workstation.

The return to work program is customized, according to the reality of the worker and business, to meet the needs of the worker and the business’s work context as closely as possible. So, the worker will be able to return to work more quickly and will have more facility in doing so with the preparation he will have received at the clinic.

During the program, the occupational therapist plans the return to work, if applicable, with the patient, attending physician and employer. If necessary, the occupational therapist can visit the workplace and monitor the employee following his return to work.
