Alexis Ross-Nicolas, Occupational Therapist

English, French

About

Alexis graduated with a master's degree in occupational therapy from the University of Sherbrooke in June 2021 and has been practicing with the Axo Physio network since the beginning of his career. Thanks to the many internships he completed during his university studies, he has had the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, including people with musculoskeletal disorders, chronic pain, children with developmental delays, and seniors with loss of independence. These experiences have allowed him to develop a strong ability to adapt and apply his occupational therapy knowledge in a wide variety of clinical contexts.

Alexis has a particular interest in socio-professional rehabilitation and supporting school-aged children with developmental delays. However, his natural curiosity and thirst for learning lead him to continually explore new areas of occupational therapy, enriching his practice and broadening his field of expertise.

Convinced that collaboration between therapist and client is essential to successful rehabilitation, Alexis focuses on building a relationship of trust and a personalized approach to help you achieve your goals in an effective and sustainable way.

Passionate about travel, reading, and hiking, he enjoys sharing these interests with his clients, creating moments of authentic and human connection between therapy sessions.
