Anne-Sophie graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Laval University in 2025 and is currently pursuing graduate studies in sports performance optimization in order to further develop her skills and offer her clients even more comprehensive support. Passionate about wellness and healthy lifestyles, she enjoys supporting people in their physical activity practices in the context of sports, rehabilitation, or pain management.

It was during her internship at the Axo Physio clinic that Anne-Sophie discovered a work environment that suited her perfectly. Convinced by the team's mission and values, she knew she had to be part of this wonderful professional family.

Smiling, caring, and attentive, Anne-Sophie enjoys taking on new challenges and adapting her interventions to the needs and realities of each individual. Her journey in basketball, both as a player and a coach, has solidified her team spirit and strengthened her desire to help others achieve their goals.
