Audrey is a physiotherapist and graduated with a master's degree in physiotherapy from Laval University in 2016. Her career in healthcare began in 2011 when she obtained her diploma in physical rehabilitation technology from Collège François-Xavier-Garneau. Since then, she has gained valuable clinical experience working as a physiotherapy technician throughout her university studies.

A committed professional, Audrey stands out for her listening skills, her concern for her clients' well-being, and her constant desire to improve. She adapts her therapeutic approaches to the specific needs of each person, integrating different intervention modalities, including the use of needles under the skin, manual therapy, and myofascial therapy. In addition, she has expertise in vestibular rehabilitation for people with vertigo, dizziness, and balance problems. For her, every intervention is based on a simple belief: the client is always at the heart of her practice.
