About

Catherine graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from Laval University in 2015 and simultaneously pursued a master's degree in physiotherapy, which she completed in 2017. Her numerous internships in both fields have allowed her to gain experience in research, pediatrics, geriatrics, and adult care. Her dual training also allows her to provide her patients with targeted and relevant exercises aimed at healing injuries, preventing them, and even improving athletic performance.

Now a mother of two, she is so passionate about perinatal care that she has completed training in breastfeeding in addition to a graduate microprogram in perineal and pelvic rehabilitation.

She is committed to working collaboratively with her patients to help them achieve their goals.
