Élodie Allaire, Occupational Therapist

Graduated with a Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from Université Laval in 2025, Élodie is guided by values of kindness, attentive listening, and empowerment, which enable her to support each person in achieving a meaningful and satisfying life despite the challenges they face.

During her training, she had the opportunity to complete internships in a variety of settings, including community health centers (CLSCs), hospitals, and long-term care facilities (CHSLDs). She also worked as a rehabilitation assistant in both long-term care and hospital settings for three years, allowing her to develop strong expertise in physical rehabilitation, loss of autonomy, and supporting clients with complex needs.

Open-minded and empathetic, Élodie adopts a person-centered approach focused on collaboration and respect for each individual’s pace. She is currently interested in working with individuals living with chronic pain, while also maintaining a strong interest in mental health, particularly adjustment disorders, anxiety disorders, and the impact of stress on daily functioning.Outside of her professional practice, reading and sports play an important role in her life, contributing to her occupational balance and enriching her holistic perspective on health and well-being.
