In 2020, Hélène obtained her massage therapy diploma from the Académie de massage scientifique and began practicing with us in April 2025. To continue her studies, she enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in kinesiology at Laval University in the fall of 2022. Hélène is passionate about wellness and overall physical health. Soccer and running have long been part of her life, but after several injuries, the outdoors, walking, cycling, and swimming are now among her passions.
