Isabelle graduated from Laval University with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology in 2018, having chosen the Physical Activity and Health concentration to specialize in rehabilitation. Passionate about chronic pain and musculoskeletal injuries, Isabelle completed her internships at a physical rehabilitation clinic, focusing specifically on chronic pain. She also works at a fitness center, where her attentive listening skills allow her to tailor her approach and create a trusting environment to support you in your journey.

As a player of hockey, floor hockey, and soccer, Isabelle has always loved team sports where she can continually challenge herself. Having been active since a young age, she knows exactly how to motivate you.
