Originally from Brazil, Jessica works in the field of massage therapy with an approach focused on movement and well-being. Trained in the health field since 2016, she pursued further training in sports physiotherapy in 2018, which has enriched her overall understanding of the human body.

Specializing in sports and therapeutic massage, Jessica uses deep tissue work, myofascial release (including the Stecco method), manual therapy, and soft tissue mobilization techniques to relieve muscle tension and improve mobility.

A member of the AMQ since 2025, she practices massage therapy in accordance with the professional standards in force in Quebec. A black belt in judo and passionate about practicing different types of sports, she offers treatments that are individually tailored to each client's needs.
