Karine obtained her bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2018 from the Université de Sherbrooke. This career path enabled her to develop a keen interest in health, both in the practice of physical activity and in lifestyle management. To perfect her skills in musculoskeletal issues, she chose to pursue a specialization diploma in musculoskeletal rehabilitation and manual therapy, deepening her understanding of various pathologies.

Her main aim is to help her customers adopt a healthy, active lifestyle, while guaranteeing their safety. She looks forward to working closely with each and every one of them to find personalized solutions tailored to their needs and objectives.
