Laurence graduated from the University of Ottawa in 2016 with a degree in kinesiology and is a member of the Fédération des kinésiologues du Québec. She has over six years of experience as a personal trainer in fitness centers and as a group exercise instructor. Attentive, caring, and energetic, she helps her clients achieve their goals, whether it's functional rehabilitation, maintaining mobility, improving physical condition, or optimizing performance.
Her areas of interest include interval training, active aging, and mobility. Convinced that everyone deserves personalized support tailored to their individual circumstances, Laurence puts her expertise to work to improve the well-being of each and every one of her clients. She has a wide range of skills in mental health, chronic pain, musculoskeletal disorders, cardiopulmonary and metabolic rehabilitation, and functional training.
Always eager to deepen her knowledge, Laurence has completed several continuing education courses, notably on perineal conditions, kinesiology assessment, movement optimization for prehab and performance, and cardiorespiratory rehabilitation. She regularly participates in professional conferences, such as those organized by the FKQ, the Canadian Kinesiology Alliance, and the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
