Maria Celia Bazan Bardales, Physiotherapist

About

Maria began her studies in physiotherapy and medicine in Peru. She has over ten years' experience in the fields of musculoskeletal and neurology. In 2018, she completed a master's degree in biomedical sciences at the University of Montreal, specializing in musculoskeletal conditions. In 2021, she completed her equivalence in physiotherapy at the University of Montreal and has been working at Physiothérapie Universelle ever since. In 2022, she completed training in Mulligan techniques and manual therapy for the temporomandibular joint (TMJ). She is a member of the OPPQ (Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec) and the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. She is currently pursuing a D.É.P.A. in advanced neuro-musculoskeletal physiotherapy at the Université de Montréal.
