Myriam Prud’homme, Kinesiologist

About

Myriam graduated with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology from the University of Quebec at Trois-Rivières in 2018 and now offers kinesiology services at the Axo Physio clinic in Val-Bélair. She has always been passionate about anatomy and physiology, and her academic training in kinesiology inspired her to further her education in the cardiovascular and pulmonary fields. She therefore completed a specialized graduate diploma in clinical kinesiology so that she could work safely and effectively with her clients. Wanting to work in the field of rehabilitation, Myriam then completed a certification in chronic pain rehabilitation in order to be better equipped to manage persistent pain. Myriam has participated in various continuing education courses, such as oncology and spinal training, as well as pre- and postnatal physical activity. Her mission is to support her clients in the prevention and management of chronic diseases so that they can maintain their independence and be as healthy as possible.
