Myriam St-Cyr, Massage Therapist

About

Myriam is a graduate of the Université de Trois-Rivières and the Université de Sherbrooke; she obtained a post-graduate diploma in therapeutic exercise in 2022 and a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2021. Following her academic training, she has made a point of continuing her education to optimize her interventions with her patients. She has completed training in pre-employment assessments, functional capacity evaluations (Workwell), veteran-specific training and workstation ergonomics.

Since the beginning of her practice, Myriam has had a keen interest in patients with various musculoskeletal disorders, persistent pain and fitness. As a specialist in therapeutic exercises, she can guide you towards achieving your goals by combining her services in kinesiology and massage therapy.

Myriam enjoys many sports, including running, hiking and physical training.
