Sarah completed her studies in occupational therapy at Laval University in February 2023, before joining the AxoPhysio team. She had the opportunity to develop her skills through various internships in physical health, mental health, and school health, including an internship in hand therapy. Her capstone project focused on exploring the therapeutic benefits of horses in occupational therapy. She also gained experience with positioning techniques and the use of assistive devices while working at a senior living facility.
Sarah is passionate about social and vocational rehabilitation and is particularly interested in workplace adaptation—that is, how our environment can support us in achieving what matters most to us. The question of meaning is also fundamental to her, as understanding what drives us and how life’s events challenge us can lead to life choices that are more fulfilling and aligned with our deepest aspirations.
Believing in every person’s potential, Sarah works in a spirit of collaboration, drawing on the client’s active participation and skills. Through active listening, commitment, and creativity, she will support you in reclaiming a meaningful daily life.
