Occupational Therapy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

In occupational therapy, clients perform functional activities designed to restore mobility and strength after an injury. By carrying out regular household or work activities under supervision, clients are also able to learn to correct their posture and work practices.<\/p>\n

Massage Therapy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Massage therapy is primarily used to reduce muscle tension due to injury or stress; it helps relieve pain and improve circulation.<\/p>\n

Due to their expertise in rehabilitation, our therapists are able to use massage therapy as an important complementary treatment for people with complex problems that call for a multidisciplinary approach, as well as for those who simply wish to relax. Our therapists mainly use Swedish massage, a strong yet gentle technique.<\/p>\n

Osteopathy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy designed to relax tissues and restore the flexibility of muscles, tendons, ligaments and fasciae. The aim of this approach is to restore the balance between different body parts.<\/p>\n

Treatment involves mobilizations or manipulations performed by the osteopath<\/ins>. Special attention is paid to the mobility of different body parts and how well they are functioning. Osteopathy attempts to identify the often long-past origin of the sequence of blockages that may be causing the problem.<\/p>\n

Physiotherapy<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

Physiotherapists treat muscular and joint problems (back and neck pain, sprains, tendonitis, bursitis) using a variety of approaches, such as heat and cold therapy, exercises, electrotherapy and manual therapy.<\/p>\n

GPR (Global Postural Reeducation)<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n

GPR is a method that treats problems in one or more joints while taking the entire body into account. GPR is an in-depth approach that tracks back to the origins of the problem. Specially-trained physiotherapists choose appropriate postures to help straighten the spine and stretch muscles.<\/p>\n

GPR is designed specifically for people with postural problems: scoliosis, kyphosis, or leg and foot deformities, etc. This method is also appropriate for the treatment of joint or muscular pain in various parts of the body, or for cases where little progress has been made using other forms of treatment.<\/p>\n
