Allyson graduated from Ellis College Physical Therapy in 2022. To deepen her knowledge, she completed training in the use of radial shockwave therapy and craniocervical trauma (CCT) in 2022.

She has also held a diploma in Swedish massage therapy since 2024. To add to her practice, Allyson is also training in the Mckenzie treatment approach in March 2024. This training gives Allyson more tools to optimize her treatments with orthopedic clients.
