Graduated from the Academy of Scientific Massage and a member of the Network of Professional Massage Therapists of Quebec (RMPQ), Sonia offers massage therapy treatments including Swedish relaxation and muscle tension techniques, Biocorporeal massage (a blend of Swedish, Californian, and joint mobilization techniques), as well as Lomi-Lomi intramuscular massage (inspired by Hawaiian tradition and performed with the forearms, fists, and hands).
