Originally from French Guiana, Maxime discovered massage therapy in 2014 and quickly developed a passion for it. Eager to deepen his knowledge in health and wellness, he continued his studies and became a physiotherapy technologist, graduating in 2021. He is now a member of the Ordre professionnel de la physiothérapie du Québec and the Fédération québécoise des massothérapeutes.
Maxime offers a holistic and personalized approach through various massage techniques. Swedish massage, performed on a table with oil, promotes relaxation, helps release muscle tension, stimulates blood circulation, and reduces swelling (edema). He also provides deep tissue massage combined with fascia therapy—a technique performed without oil, using slow, targeted movements to work deeply into the muscles and fascia. This therapeutic approach is particularly effective in relieving chronic pain and persistent tension.
Finally, Thai massage is performed on a floor mat and combines pressure on acupressure points, joint mobilizations, and full-body stretches, following the body’s energy lines. This technique is ideal for improving flexibility, releasing joint stiffness, and enhancing circulation. It is both therapeutic and preventive, contributing to better posture and long-term well-being.
