Ariane Montpetit, Occupational Therapist

Ariane graduated from McGill University in 2014 with a master's degree in occupational therapy. She also holds an honours bachelor's degree in health sciences from the University of Ottawa (2012) and a postgraduate certificate in chronic pain management (2020). Since then, she has been working with a diverse adult clientele with musculoskeletal and mental health issues.

What sets Ariane apart in her practice is her ability to tailor her interventions to each person's unique needs, exploring a wide range of therapeutic approaches. She favors an individualized approach, focused on her clients' values, goals, and experiences.

Committed to staying at the cutting edge of knowledge, Ariane has completed several continuing education courses, notably in concussion management, neurodiversity, post-traumatic approaches, and therapeutic relationships. She is also active in the fields of research, science communication, and university teaching, where she shares her expertise with rigor and passion.
