A 2025 graduate in kinesiology from the University of Sherbrooke, Emy is passionate about health, movement, and performance. Trained in massage therapy and neuroproprioceptive taping, she takes a holistic and personalized approach to helping her clients move better and achieve their goals.

At the same time, she works as a volleyball coach, where she puts her knowledge of performance and injury prevention to good use.
