Passionate about movement, performance, and rehabilitation, I am a certified physical therapist with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology. My background combines a deep understanding of the human body with a compassionate, empathetic, and personalized approach to health.

Trained as a first responder in sports, I have the opportunity to work on the football field, where I work directly with athletes on injury prevention, management, and recovery. This experience has allowed me to develop excellent clinical observation skills, responsiveness, and communication in emergency situations.

I stand out for my kindness, my curiosity about psychology, and my deep interest in the human side of rehabilitation. I like to understand the person behind the injury, provide support with empathy and authenticity, and create a space where patients feel supported in their healing journey.

My areas of interest include sports rehabilitation, musculoskeletal health, injury prevention, and promoting an active and mindful lifestyle.

In the coming years, I hope to specialize in perineal rehabilitation, a field that fascinates me for its physical, emotional, and relational impact on overall well-being.
