Charles Basque, Kinesiologist

About

Charles graduated from the Université du Québec à Montréal with a Bachelor's degree in kinesiology. As part of his training, he specialized in rehabilitation in clinics and rehabilitation centers, and also worked in gyms to help clients improve their overall health. From an early age, Charles has always had an interest in physical activity and helping people to be healthier. 

Charles began his kinesiology practice working with CNESST, SAAQ, private and veteran clients in specialized interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs. He has continued to train in vestibular issues and motivational interviewing to help a wide range of clients. 

Charles is available to accompany you during the day, Monday to Friday.
