Marie-Lyse Foucault, Occupational Therapist

About

Marie-Lyse has been an occupational therapist since 2016, graduating from the Université de Montréal where she completed a master's degree in occupational therapy. Since her practice, she has been interested in mental health and promotes the contribution of occupational therapy in this field of expertise. She accompanies clients with mood or anxiety disorders through individual, personalized follow-up to help them achieve an occupational balance that makes more sense to them, and to prepare them for their return to work. Marie-Lyse has been particularly interested in energy management for the past few years, and therefore quickly felt drawn to work with clients suffering from long term covid. Since completing her master's degree, she has attached great importance to professional development, supporting occupational therapists in their ongoing professional development as coordinator of professional follow-up, and regularly participating in occupational therapy research projects to promote the profession. In recent years, she has focused her training on the field of mental health, vocational rehabilitation and long-term covid.
