Marie-Pierre is a physiotherapist and kinesiologist, member of the Ordre professionnel de la Physiothérapie du Québec. She obtained her Master's degree in physiotherapy from Sherbrooke University in 2020. To enhance her knowledge and the quality of care for her patients, Marie-Pierre has taken the following training courses: McKenzie lumbar, Mulligan, yogatherapy approach & perineal and pelvic rehabilitation for women and men.
Particularly interested in pelvic health, her mission is to help her patients better understand and reconnect with their anatomy. As a mother, she is also keen to support women in pre & postnatal rehabilitation.
Passionate about yoga, after ten years of assiduous practice, she completed a 200-hour Hatha/Iyengar approach teacher training at United Yoga Montreal in 2018. She integrates this knowledge into her care through a yogatherapy approach.
