Maryse Cossette, Physiotherapist

About

Maryse graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Physical Therapy in 1990. Since 2013, she has focused on functional capacity assessment and work rehabilitation, specifically in the area of functional capacity development, as part of an interdisciplinary team. Her work focuses primarily on patients with musculoskeletal disorders and chronic pain. In addition, Maryse has a solid understanding of the bio-psycho-social aspects associated with chronic conditions, and offers her patients active, empathetic listening.

To optimize her interventions, Maryse has undergone training in functional capacity assessment using the "Workwell" approach and in neuro-proprioceptive tapping (NPT). These additional skills enable her to provide tailored, effective care to her clientele.
