+1 (514) 990 9299After starting his career in psychology in Europe 20 years ago, Raphael focused on the psychological impact of physical trauma, expanding his practice over the past 15 years to include more extensive mood disorders. As a member of the OPQ for 12 years now, he has developed the ability to treat a wide range of anxiety and depressive disorders through numerous continuing education courses and general practice. His use of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) enables him to provide the best possible support for each individual, according to his or her specific characteristics. In addition, his more specific training in motivational interviewing and sports psychology (mental preparation to improve high-level sporting performance) has enabled him to encourage each person's commitment to their own well-being, so that the main thrust of his treatment is to help them achieve their goals.
Finally, although he speaks French, he is also able to work in English, enabling him to broaden his field of practice. In the same perspective, that of offering his services to as many people as possible, he has also developed his practice through videoconferencing and even telephone calls since 2020 and the start of the pandemic, which has enabled him to treat people regardless of their location.
