Ricardo Murat, Physiotherapist

About

Ricardo is a physiotherapist who graduated from the Université de Montréal's professional master's program in 2012. Having also completed his training as a physiotherapy technologist in 2006, he has now been working in the field for over 15 years. Over the course of his career, he has added several arrows to his bow, having completed several training courses. 

Ricardo specializes in physiotherapy puncture with dry needling, manual therapy, rehabilitation of jaw dysfunctions, sports taping, running injury prevention and therapeutic exercises. As a result, his clientele is very varied, ranging from young children to the elderly. He also has a passion for sports, having worked as a physiotherapist for a high school basketball team in 2016. In 2018-2019, he led and coordinated a team of physiotherapists to work with a benjamine high school soccer team. 

Since then, he has been treating a wide range of orthopedic patients. His empathy, listening, motivational and communication skills make him a physiotherapist appreciated by his peers and clients alike. He also has 5 years' experience as a clinical manager. As well as being passionate about his work, his hobbies include team sports (basketball, soccer), running, music and cinema.
