Soëla graduated from the bachelor's-master's continuum in occupational therapy at Université de Montréal in 2018. Since the beginning of her career, she has been involved in various roles and invested in her continuing education. Among the training courses she has participated in are the following: Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Adapting Your Practice to Aboriginal Realities, Rehabilitation and Disabling Fatigue, Cognitive Rehabilitation, Intolerance of Uncertainty, Managing Mental Ruminations with Contemporary CBT, Mental Health Rehabilitation, Office Handling and Ergonomics, Leadership Training, Occupational Therapy and Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder: Understanding and Intervening with Military Personnel and Stakeholders, Occupational Therapy and PTSD with Military Personnel and Veterans, Strategic Interventions with Difficult Level Personalities, etc.
