+1 (514) 990 9299Tracey pursued her university studies in adapted physical activity with a view to becoming a kinesiologist specializing in rehabilitation. Her passionate interest in the human body also led her to train as a massage therapist, a practice she has been successfully carrying out for the past 5 years. Constantly striving to improve her skills in both fields, Tracey regularly attends continuing education courses. In particular, she is perfecting her techniques in Swedish massage, deep tissue, structural myofascial therapy, cardiac coherence, gastrointestinal and pelvic floor problems, as well as resuming physical activity after head trauma.
Always on the lookout for new projects, Tracey intends to start training in lymphatic drainage soon. This technique has many benefits for the immune system, and helps to relieve feelings of heavy legs, varicose veins, and cellulite.
Drawing on her many years of experience, Tracey adopts a multidisciplinary approach and is comfortable with all types of clients, including teenagers, pregnant women, and the elderly. What's more, she offers Saturday appointments to suit everyone's needs.
