Véronique Boulais, Kinesiologist

About

Véronique is a kinesiologist and accredited member of the Fédération des Kinésiologues du Québec (FKQ). She graduated from the Université de Montréal with a bachelor's degree in kinesiology in 2007. For her, physical activity plays an essential role in both physical and mental recovery. She considers the therapeutic relationship she establishes with her clients, as well as their ability to take action in their own recovery, to be key elements in her successful interventions. 

She is a healthcare professional specializing in physical activity and lifestyle change to promote prevention and therapy. Since 2018, she has taken a special interest in yogatherapy. This approach enables her to carefully observe her clients' attitudes and behaviours in order to support their recovery and guide them towards an optimal level of functioning. She sees the empowerment of her clients as fundamental to their recovery. 

As part of her career path, Véronique will complete her teacher training in 2023 and obtain the internationally recognized Yoga Alliance certification. With 15 years' experience at Physiothérapie Universelle, she can offer you quality services. Her aim is to use her skills to help her clients regain their well-being and balance.
