Chen Gu, Occupational Therapist

About

Chen is a graduate occupational therapist from the Université de Montréal, having obtained his master's and bachelor's degrees in occupational therapy in 2021. To ensure quality care for his patients, he has undergone various complementary training programs.

Among these, Chen has specialized in the care of patients with long-standing COVID, injuries and musculoskeletal disorders. He also acquired skills in mental health interventions, interventions with Canadian veterans and essential knowledge in vocational rehabilitation. In addition, Chen has completed WorkWell's certified Functional Capacity Assessment courses, reinforcing his skills in this specific field.

From the outset of his practice, Chen has been particularly interested in the rehabilitation of individuals following work and road accidents. He also has expertise in working with mental health clients, processing applications for disabled parking stickers, paratransit requests and many other services.
