Stéphanie Roy, Massage Therapist

About

Stéphanie began her journey in massage therapy in 2007, graduating from Institut Guijek and completing post-graduate training with Kiné-Concept. Wishing to have the opportunity to see the evolution of her clients and have more challenges, Stéphanie began her studies as a physiotherapy technologist in 2013. 

Since graduating in 2016, Stéphanie has been working in private practice at Physiothérapie Universelle with musculoskeletal clients (CNESST, SAAQ), while including her knowledge of massage therapy. Stéphanie offers physiotherapy with a massage therapy approach for clients caught with muscular limitations affecting function. Curious about rehabilitation, Stéphanie has taken various training courses to complement her approach, such as cupping, neuroproprioceptive and dynamic taping, the Mulligan approach and yogatherapy. Since 2021, she has completed a TENS certification to teach the use of functional TENS in pain management.

To date, Stéphanie provides services to CNESST, SAAQ, private, functional rehabilitation (2nd line) and veteran clients.
