Stéphanie Bélanger, Occupational Therapist

A graduate of Université Laval, Stéphanie completed her bachelor's and master's degrees in occupational therapy in 2021. She works mainly with a physical health clientele in front-line rehabilitation (CNESST and SAAQ). The various training courses she has taken in office ergonomics, postural hygiene in the workplace and the functional principles of handling activities enable Stéphanie to provide support and guidance for a safe return to work. Her training has also led her to develop her skills in workstation assessment for musculoskeletal disorders. Stéphanie also works with a geriatric clientele suffering from loss of autonomy, with or without cognitive deficits, requiring assessment and intervention in relation to home safety and the risk of falls. Last but not least, she has a growing interest in hand therapy, which she hopes to develop at the clinic, notably through ongoing training.
