Geneviève Dion, Occupational Therapist

About

Geneviève graduated from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières with a Bachelor's-Master's degree in occupational therapy in 2012. Since her beginnings as an occupational therapist, Geneviève has been involved in improving the private practice of occupational therapy, both through continuing education and as a trainer for other healthcare professionals and occupational therapists about self-management and concussion management.

She served on the board of directors of the Association québécoise des ergothérapeutes en pratique privée (AQEPP) from 2013 to 2022 and has also held various management positions at Physiothérapie Universelle, including currently professional follow-up coordinator and clinical director of St-Hubert. In recent years, Geneviève has been particularly interested in integrating new tools into her practice to help her clients manage their pain and anxiety symptoms and reach their full potential. This is why she has completed a Master Practitioner course in Humanistic Hypnosis and intends to continue creating variety in the way she helps people to meet their needs. Geneviève is available to help you with a variety of issues including persistent pain, concussion, mental health, hypersensitivity, neurodivergence, sleep disorders, cancer, life transitions and general well-being.
